Payment methods

Le Nora ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal. We do not charge card fees. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

Le Nora ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information.



Delivery to GLS ParcelShop costs DKK 35. For purchases over 499, delivery is free. Delivery to a private address costs DKK 35.00 regardless of order amount.

The order is shipped through GLS and delivery takes place within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are sent back with Bring.

The expected delivery time may vary during peak periods such as after Black Friday.


Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Le Nora ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

The notice must be given by email at, In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.


Return of goods

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us from the day you physically receive it.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transportation.

Canceling part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.


The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase price, depending on the commercial value of the item.

To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You can test the item, but not actually use it.


Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will refund the money using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us proof that you have returned them.

We do not accept parcels without delivery or parcels sent cash on delivery.

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number and email address.

We register and pass on your personal data in order to deliver the item to you.

We use (CVR: 36399066), GLS (CVR: 14414002), Bring (CVR:

33358083), as a shipping solution, and in this connection, we pass on information about your name, address, phone number and email address to these partners.

The personal data is registered with Le Nora ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
